1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fund Flow platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where participation in crypto-based investment platforms is prohibited by law.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at fund.flow788@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account. Fund Flow will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.

4. Investment Tiers and Returns

Fund Flow offers tiered investment plans that distribute weekly credits to participants. All return figures displayed on our platform — including weekly and daily estimates — are indicative and not guaranteed. Actual returns vary week to week based on operational performance and market conditions.

Participation in any investment tier does not constitute a contract for a fixed return. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. You acknowledge that you may receive less than the displayed estimate in any given period.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are made in cryptocurrency (BNB or USDT on BNB Smart Chain) to the wallet address assigned to your account. Once a deposit is confirmed on-chain, it is allocated to your chosen tier. Deposits are non-refundable after processing begins.

All funds are subject to an initial 6-month lock-up period from the date of your first confirmed deposit. After this period, you may withdraw your profits or principal at any time, subject to available balance. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Fund Flow reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security verification purposes.

6. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk, including the possible loss of your entire principal. Prices and returns are volatile and can be affected by regulatory changes, market sentiment, and technical factors. Fund Flow does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult a qualified professional before investing.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or earn duplicated referral bonuses
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform

8. Referral Program

Fund Flow may offer referral bonuses subject to eligibility conditions. Referral credits are awarded only when a referred user completes a qualifying deposit. Fund Flow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without notice. Any attempt to abuse the referral system will result in account suspension and forfeiture of accumulated credits.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Fund Flow platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Fund Flow and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fund Flow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Modifications to Terms

Fund Flow reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Termination

Fund Flow may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration.
